06/2011 - Collaborative Event System
The need for collaboration and integration between different functions of company facilitated development of this system. Using this system advertising function would identify • the target sales for a product or a brand from sales & marketing department • the advertising budget for a product or a brand from finance function After identify the above criteria, the advertising function would schedule advertisement events and/or campaigns for a particular product or brand. During the event sales and financial figures are feeded into the system and pushed back to the other Line of Business (LOB) applications using WCF Service. This marketing department during or after the event or campaign, visits the SharePoint site and views the Dashboard for the Sales Target. In the same way finance department, using Dashboard to analyze the utilization of budget and the revenue results against it. Role: - Stakeholder interaction - Design using different tools like SharePoint Designer and Dashboard designer - Develop Custom WebPart utilizing SharePoint List as data source - WCF Service Development to retrieve data from different database of Line of Business (LOB) Applications

Description: The business reason behind this system was to provide complete insight into ongoing and historic market trend in an interactive manner. This application helps employees in Marketing and Sales Department to visualize the products sale using highly interactive maps. This application not only enhanced the decision making capabilities of the team but also increased the profitability of the company. Role: - User Interface Design and Workflow - Stakeholder interaction - Entity Framework Model Design - Developing WCF Services for pushing and pulling sales data

The goal of this application is to deliver transaction ready framework which could be configured and made available to other transaction system in minimum amount of time. The core idea of the application is to configure and organize cost components that could be later used as the source for making the transactions. The administrator / cost analyst create and maintain cost and other calculation components. Then, the system is open for transaction to other system via WCF services. This service processes request from other systems by accepting simple dictionary object of cost element code and the value of transaction. The advantage of this type of application to the organization is that it maintains a central system that maintains all the cost relevant to the organization. This enables the financial analyst to monitor all the costs hit by other systems and later understands its impact on the operations of the organization. Role: - Designed the Architecture of the system - Developing the data model - Managing the codebase - Stakeholder interaction - Some level of project management

06/2010 - Advertising Project Finance Tracking
Description: The Advertising PFT application tracks advertising project production detail and financial data for General Mills. Advertising PFT is broken down into three main components: Projects, where users enter project data; Reports, where users can get information on create projects; and Admin, where administrative users can change the options that are presented to the users Role: • Understanding the project background, vision and scope. • Design and Developed SAP Business Object Universe with the business team by following SAP Business object development cycle • Design and developed reporting .NET framework class libraries leveraging SAP Business Objects reporting tools • Redesign admin and reporting modules to support the enhancements requested by the user • Support the Issue Log • Enhance and Optimize the system

Description: The primary business purpose of Win Win Radio (WWR) unit is to lift sales by radio promotions for General Mills and Non General Mills products. Retail outlets, e.g. Target, Wal-Mart, Kroger, Supervalu, and Safeway partner with WWR unit of General Mills on this program to increase sales at their stores. The WWR Software application enables employees at WWR unit to perform following operations - Maintain store & station information - Import ad hoc store or other establishments - Find coverage map & reports on stores and stations Role: • Involved closely in requirement gathering process with the users in USA • Involved in stages of Planning, Scheduling and Estimation • Designed collaboratively - Project Phases, Milestones and Work Breakdown Structure • Data Modeling, UI Designing, Coding and Integration testing • Showcased the technology used in this project to other teams • Developed Extension modules which could improve the productivity and standardize the approach.

09/2009 - 02/2010 Kid Advertising Review
Description: The Kid Advertising Review program is designed to fully automate the approval process activity of the creative projects presented by advertising agency to number of internal and external parties: Legal, BIHN, Kid Council, Advertising, Children Advertising Review Unit (CARU – external agency), which was mostly done through email threads which had become cumbersome to manage. This project leverages the Doc Routing system via the API and provides additional enhancements in the areas of searching, re versioning and access to sensitive comments. Role: • Mentored the Information System Intern on this Project • Helped analyzing the requirements from the user • Facilitated Designing the Architecture of the project • Developed and Standardized Data Access Layer (to ease development task for Intern) • Communicated the World Head Quarter Team on Project Issues & Updates • Conducted Periodic Review of Code and Database Stored Procedure

Description: It is an online, integrated Licensing portal, which serves as a central repository for all trademark licensee and submission information. The portal serves all phases/sections within the licensing project, including licensee setup/contracts, licensee submissions, reporting and analytics. Role: • Understanding the project background, vision and scope. • Support the user query and issue log • Enhance and Optimize the system on user request

Description: This is a content delivering system that encompasses artificial intelligence engine to understand, track, predict & recommend mobile content, based on individual user tastes, downloads & popular contents. This system was implemented for clients like Sony BMG Music & Warner. Role: • Designing Architecture for Integrating AI Engines into Web Client • Lead a part of development team • Worked as a primary developer on this project • Design and Coordinate development of different modules like Admin, Reporting and WAP

01/2006 - 10/2006 Medium / Short Code System
Description: The Medium Code System provides an interactive messaging framework where a user can configure their keywords and sub keyword with appropriate success & failure messages on a medium code number (example 575758) .It enables user to push messages to the framework and route accordingly to get appropriate response using HTTP protocol. The system also provides a campaign management functionality which enables customer to start their promotion campaign on a specific medium code number. Role: • Studying the specifications given by the Client. • Lead development team in the full project lifecycle effort • Worked as a primary developer on this project • Developed Dynamic Response Routing based on Feed provided by the client. • Developed Admin and Reporting Module

05/2005 - 01/2006 Bulk SMS System
Description: A Bulk SMS Platform allows registered users to push Bulk SMS to Mobile Operator. One of the major aspects of this system was to develop SMS Gateway that communicates with the Cellular Operator. This system provides a standard connection mechanism (also known as API) that is identical throughout various Cellular Operator Gateways. This system also contains Admin and Reporting Modules which facilitates Monitoring and Controlling SMS Traffic from various clients. Role: • Developed Admin Module for Bulk SMS System which helps in Routing SMS through different Networks, Setting SMS Rates etc • Developed Multi-threaded Windows Services to push bulk SMS to Mobile Operators. • Developed Web and Windows User Interface for sending Bulk SMS.
