Technical delivery role focused on M365 platform improvements, operational remediation, and non-strategic project execution.

Role scope includes:
1. M365 technical design, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational improvement activities.
2. Support for Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and related Microsoft cloud services.
3. Delivery of small to medium M365 projects, technical remediation, service improvements, and MSP operational alignment.

Tasks:
1. Provide M365 technical expertise across design, configuration, implementation, and operational support.
2. Deliver non-strategic projects, service improvements, and technical remediation activities.
3. Translate business and operational requirements into practical M365 technical solutions.
4. Support architecture decisions, low-level design, implementation planning, and technical documentation.
5. Work closely with MSPs to align technical delivery, operational handover, support models, and service improvements.
6. Investigate recurring M365 issues and drive root-cause remediation with internal teams and external providers.
7. Ensure solutions follow security, compliance, governance, and operational standards.
8. Create clear technical documentation, implementation guides, knowledge articles, and handover materials.
9. Provide technical guidance to project managers, service owners, operations teams, and MSP resources.
10. Support change, release, and incident management activities where M365 technical expertise is required.
11. Identify risks, dependencies, technical constraints, and improvement opportunities; escalate where required.

Required skills and experience:
1. Strong hands-on experience with M365 administration, configuration, support, and service improvement.
2. Good understanding of M365 security, identity, access management, endpoint management, collaboration services, and operational governance.
3. Experience working with MSPs, third-party providers, and distributed global IT teams.
4. Ability to work independently, document clearly, and deliver practical solutions within an enterprise environment.
