We are looking for an SAP Migration Expert (m/f/d) with a focus on data migration and data cleansing.
As part of the renewal of an SAP system in the mobility area, a comprehensive transformation and migration project is being implemented. The existing
system maps an internal corporate vehicle management process, enabling employees to book, use, and return vehicles.
The system covers all processes related to:
• Vehicle rental and return
• Driver’s license checks
• Billing and usage management
A particular challenge is the high level of system customization, including around 2,000 customer-specific Z developments as well as extensive
customizing. The objective is to ensure a high-quality migration while taking complex data structures and cleansing requirements into account.
Tasks
• Analyze and assess existing SAP data structures, including customizing and Z developments
• Plan and execute data migrations in complex system landscapes
• Design and implement data cleansing measures
• Prepare and ensure data quality before, during, and after the migration
• Coordinate closely with business departments and project teams
• Identify optimization potential in existing processes and data structures
• Support the assurance of a stable transition into the target operating model

General
• Ability to understand how SAPFIT and customized application (Abiscon fleet) developements work, to support Custom data migration
• Experience in FIORI and ABAP coding (preferably, Senior level)
• Expertise in understanding and utilization of Behavioral definitions

Data Cleansing
• Knowledge of common tools and approaches for data cleansing, especially within highly customized environments
• Ability to run and execute Data cleansing activities
• Experience in planning and preparation of cleansing activities within SAP legacy systems
• Planning and preparation of workshops in regards of cleansing activities

Data Migration
• Experience in creation of migration concepts for custom developed Z-modules and business objects
• Experience in SAP data modelling as well as the SAP data dictionary (DDIC)
• Experience in developments of reports for data extractions of custom fields and tables
• Experience in migration of Z-Tables, either with migration tools (e.g. SNP, Natuvion), or via development of respective z-reports
• Experience in planning and prioritization within migration projects

Data Transformation
• to analyze the data in the current system & to define the data to be migrated and in which form (selection criteria) as a proposal for business
• to prepare the mapping
