SAP TM & Dispute Management Consultant Role & Responsibilities: • Lead and consult within the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions, including integration with logistics, supply chain, and order-to-cash processes • Gather business and technical requirements to design robust transportation planning, execution, and monitoring scenarios in SAP TM • Lead the implementation and customization of SAP Dispute Management, supporting the resolution of billing disputes, claims management, root cause analysis, and integration with Accounts Receivable and customer service • consult business process owners, IT, and external partners to ensure SAP TM and Dispute Management solutions meet business goals and compliance needs • Develop detailed functional and technical specifications, test plans, user documentation, and training materials • Conduct system and user acceptance testing, defect management, and consult within go-live/hypercare phase • Advise on best practices, process improvement opportunities, and adoption of new SAP features related to logistics and dispute management

Expertise & Skills: • Proven hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementation, configuration, and integration (preferably with S/4HANA) • Solid background in business processes for transportation, logistics, and supply chain • Hands-on experience with SAP Dispute Management: solution design, configuration, and integration with FI/AR and service processes • Ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions (process and technical design) • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience in test execution and user training • Advanced knowledge of data flow between SAP modules (e.g., TM, SD, FI, AR) • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills in English Start Date: ASAP
