Tasks:
- We are looking for someone to be responsible for payroll processing, lead the local team, and oversee daily tasks.
- The role: Payroll Manager (Specialist) (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities:
• Monitoring of daily operations
• Team leadership (within the scope of an external service provider – i.e., no direct personnel responsibility)
• Coordination of ongoing projects
- The ideal candidate should be available on-site (in Szczecin) a few days a week and otherwise able to work remotely. Position: Manager – potentially Senior Manager

Payroll Manager (m/f/d) - Daily operations
- Good knowledge of Polish payroll accounting, taxes, and social insurance
- Support for daily operations, payroll processing, reporting, etc.
- Project/working languages: Polish (native speaker), English (due to the parent company)
- Note: This is not a technical consultant for payroll/HRIS or similar, but an experienced payroll manager in human resources.
