Responsibilities
Analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements in the areas of Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Enterprise Agile Planning.
Conducting workshops to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements.
Advising stakeholders on ServiceNow SPM standard and out-of-the-box functionalities with the objective of minimizing customer-specific customizations.
Translating business requirements into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams.
Working closely with Product Owners, architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements.
Supporting testing, reviews, and acceptance activities from a business perspective.

Requirements
Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Consultant in ServiceNow projects.
In-depth knowledge of at least three of the following areas:
Demand Management
Portfolio Management
Project Management
Resource Management
Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
Experience in conducting and facilitating workshops with management and business stakeholders.
Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
Very good knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum and SAFe.

Ability to quickly understand complex topics and requirements.
Excellent communication skills at both management and operational levels.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Ability to facilitate discussions between different stakeholders and guide them toward a common solution.
