Business Analyst ServiceNow Portfolio Management

- Create, execute and document test cases for ServiceNow SPM in the areas of Demand Management,
Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management and Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP).
- Ensure that acceptance criteria and functional requirements are met before handover to stakeholders.
- Represent the QA/testing perspective within the team, including reviewing requirements, user stories and acceptance
criteria for completeness and testability.
- Independently execute functional, regression and end-to-end testing activities.
- Support business users and UAT testers in preparing, executing and evaluating tests.
- Act as the central point of contact for findings from business users and UAT, including initial assessment and
classification (e.g. defect vs. requirement gap), documentation of defects and coordination with the development team.

Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Tester in ServiceNow projects.
- Strong knowledge in at least two of the following areas:
Demand Management
Portfolio Management
Project Management
Financial Planning
Resource Management
Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP)
- Experience with test design, test case creation and defect management.
- Knowledge of common testing approaches and techniques such as exploratory testing,
risk-based testing and regression testing.
- Experience working in agile environments, ideally SAFe.
