We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager of EUC (End-User Computing)and Digital Workplace to provide operational leadership across the End User Computing and Digital Workplace portfolio.

This role will deputise for the Head of EUC and Digital Workplace, taking ownership of day-to-day operational priorities, non-strategic projects, service management activity, & supplier coordination.

The purpose of the role is to provide additional leadership capacity, allowing the Head of EUC and Digital Workplace to focus on strategic transformation, operating model development, supplier strategy, and long-term service evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the Head of EUC & Digital Workplace in operational leadership activities and

decision-making forums.

• Represent the function in operational and governance meetings where required.

• Lead tactical and non-strategic projects across the EUC and Digital Workplace portfolio.

• Drive service improvement initiatives and ensure successful delivery of operational objectives.

• Track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.

• Support governance processes, reporting routines, and management reviews.

• Coordinate and oversee Managed Service Provider (MSP) and supplier performance.

• Work closely with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve

operational challenges and remove delivery blockers.

• Prepare clear, concise, and management-level status updates, reports, and presentations.

• Ensure operational initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.

• Support service delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the Digital

Workplace environment.

Remote working is acceptable, but the candidate must be able to work effectively with UK, EU, and global stakeholders.

Required skills and experince:

• strong operational leader with experience across EUC, Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365, endpoint management,

service management, managed service provider governance.

• comfortable working across internal IT teams, MSPs, vendors, security, procurement, finance, and business stakeholders

to drive delivery, resolve blockers, and maintain momentum across operational workstreams

• This role requires someone pragmatic, structured, and outcome-focused, with strong stakeholder management,

service delivery, and follow-through skills.

• Experience in a global enterprise IT environment and knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Entra ID, Teams,

SharePoint, Exchange Online, endpoint security, and digital employee experience, AD, IAM, tooling would be highly
beneficial.

Strong English is required, experience with Japanese companies or culture is an advantage.
