• Functional Specifications (FS): Translate business requirements into rigorous Functional Specifications. Examples include custom logic for Credit Scoring formulas, enhancements to the Collections Worklist generation, or custom Dunning print forms.
• Developer Coordination: Serve as the primary translator for the technical team.
• Testing Lifecycle: Own the quality assurance process. You will author and execute Test Scripts for Unit Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT), covering the full flow of the FSCM lifecycle
• S/4HANA Expertise (On-Prem/Private): Strong hands-on configuration skills in S/4HANA On-Premise/Private Cloud
• Public Cloud Analysis Lead a "Fit-to-Standard" analysis for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will map our current custom processes against Public Cloud standard capabilities to identify gaps and adoption risks.
• Proactive Mindset: We require a consultant who doesn't just configure but anticipates operational issues someone"

• Advanced Collections Management:
• Process Receivables: Configure the Process Receivables screen/Fiori app to provide a unified view of invoices, credits, and disputes.
• Promise to Pay (P2P): Define P2P logic to track broken vs. kept promises automatically based on incoming payments.
• Customer Contacts: Standardize contact results and resubmission rules to maintain a detailed history of agent interactions.
• Collection worklist creation and configuration
• SAP Credit Management (FSCM-CR):
• Scoring & Limits: Configure Automated Credit Scoring formulas (using internal data and external rating agency inputs) to calculate dynamic credit limits and Risk Classes.
• Credit Events: Set up automated triggers for negative events (e.g., dunning level reached) to automatically downgrade credit scores or block accounts.
• Dispute Management (FSCM-DM):
• Case Architecture: Configure Case Types, Categories, and Reason Codes to classify deductions and short payments accurately.
• Financial Integration: Ensure tight integration with FI-AR so that residual items automatically create dispute cases, and fully paid invoices automatically close them.
• Dunning & Correspondence:
• Dunning by Strategy: Configure Dunning, ensuring that dunning notices align with the collection strategies
• Output Management (BRF+): Manage output determination (using BRF+ or NACE) to generate professional dunning notices, account statements, and dispute acknowledgment letters.
• Digital Correspondence: Configure email templates and transmission logic for automated customer communication.
