Aufgaben/Tasks:

1. The customer is looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/d/d)

a. to support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.

b. is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation,

c. ensuring alignment with business transformation objectives,

d. adherence to SAP standard (fit-to-standard),

e. and successful execution across global workstreams, stakeholders, and rollout waves.

2. Closely collaboration with:

a. Global Process Owners (GPOs) / Business Leads/ Global Process Experts (GPE´s)/ external Project Manager

b. IT / Enterprise Architecture

c. Data Migration & Integration Teams

d. Change Management & Training

e. External implementation partners (e.g., SAP, system integrators)

f. Steering Committee / Executive Sponsors

3. Lead and coordinate all phases of the implementation based on SAP Activate:

• Scope of Services

· Realize

o Ensure coordinated execution across all workstreams

o Monitor progress, quality, and delivery risks

· Deploy

o Manage cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare planning

· Run (Transition)

o Ensure stable handover to operations and continuous improvement setup

Key Responsibilities – Main Tasks

A. Project / Program Leadership

? Overall accountability for delivery, timeline, budget, and scope
? Orchestrate multi-stream global programs (business, IT, data, integration, change)
? Manage dependencies, critical path, and milestone adherence

B. Governance & Decision Management

? Establish and operate:

o Steering Committee (SteerCo)

o PMO and reporting structure

o Escalation and decision frameworks

? Ensure transparency on risks, issues, and progress

C. Stakeholder Management

? Align global and regional stakeholders across functions
? Ensure business ownership of processes, roles, and data
? Interface with executive leadership and external partners

D. Scope & Solution Control

? Enforce fit-to-standard approach and SAP best practices
? Govern scope changes and exceptions with clear approval process
? Align business requirements with SAP Cloud capabilities and constraints

E. Risk, Quality & Delivery Assurance

? Proactively identify and manage risks (technical, organizational, data)
? Ensure testing strategy across all phases (SIT, UAT, migration testing)
? Ensure quality gates and readiness criteria are met

F. Integration & Data Migration Oversight

? Coordinate integration and interface teams
? Ensure data migration readiness and alignment with business requirements
? Oversee cutover planning and execution

Skill: SAP Projektmanager (m/w/d) Migration to, implementation of Public Cloud S/4HANA

Must Have Criteria:

· Proven experience as Project Manager in SAP S/4HANA implementations
· Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Public Cloud principles (fit-to-standard)
· Experience managing global, cross-functional programs
· Expertise in SAP Activate methodology
· Strong governance and stakeholder management capabilities Preferred
· Experience in Public Cloud ERP transformations
· Exposure to tools such as:

o SAP Cloud ALM, Signavio

o SAP BTP ecosystem
