Ad-Interim Manager for the UAT. Duties: Setup and upgrade the AML rules for Italy, implement the new framework according to the rules of the Bank of Italy, implement SEPA, Know your customer implementation. Implement the new Intranet based on SharePoint 2010 (Scrum). Introducing E-Learning with the open source software ILIAS. Setup a complaints system (SharePoint). Create own financial administrations and cost centres per country. Close down Maastricht office and relocate people and infrastructure to Heidelberg. Setup the BiPro interface. Changing the Broker/Client/Commissions programs.
