The application is used by the Sales team to create Digital Orders. The application replaces the existing paper work and significantly reduces the Order Processing times and increases the accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities 1. Active involvement in Requirement analysis and Designing modules.. 2. Closely Working with Customer and Development team and Testing team and all other project stakeholders. 3. Regular Code Review to ensure the quality is meeting Guardrails and Reusability is being maintained. 4. Actilve involvement in Task Estimations and Release planning. 5. Interface Designing and Development.

Project Name : CIBC Service Request Management System Client/Customer : HP/CIBC Duration : November 2013 – October 2014 Technology : PRPC V6.3, Oracle, HTML,Java Script Location : Bangalore, India Role : Technical Lead Project Description : HP provides Infrastructures to many clients and CIBC is one of their major clients. There are various teams who offer services using manual processes and manual coordination resulting in lack of communication or might result in inaccuracies. This Project brings in the sophisticated Service Request management system that automates some of the key tasks that Hp is currently doing. The Biddesk/Frontdesk user feeds in the HTML file that has Service request details into system and data is parsed and a work object and Cover is created. The project has multiple phases Presales, Delivery and Billing so a Cover is being used to handle all phases. The Pre Sales process involves gathering requirements from CIBC, assigning resources, various business scenarios and business logic. The Presales undergoes Solutioning, Deal and other processes. After Presales, the delivery process starts and then the billing. There are about 100 automated emails that gets sent from application during Pre sales life cycle.There are various file attachments and Parsing. . Responsibilities 1. Being Technical Lead involved in designing modules.. 2. Regular Code Review to ensure the quality is meeting Guardrails and Reusability is being maintained. 3. Developing few modules and assisting the team whenever needed. 4. Involved in Task Estimations and Release planning. 5. Task Allocation depending on estimation and urgency.

Project Name : AIG COMET & SBS Production Support Client/Customer : AIG Duration : February 2013 – September 2013 Technology : PRPC V5.4,PRPC V5.3, Oracle, HTML,Java Script Location : Croydon, United Kingdom Role : Technical Lead and Onsite Coordinator Project Description : UK COMET (Common Operating Model Evolution Team) is a work flow management application used for Commercial Lines of Business in the UK geography, mainly for large business accounts. New Business, Renewals along with multiple types of MTA can be processed in COMET. COMET does have a unique feature where as any business which is processed/booked outside COMET (ALPS) can be brought back in COMET and renewal and MTA can be processed on those records. All the management reports on overall performance via a suite of MI reports using COGNOS can also be obtained from COMET records. Currently Most of the commercial line of Business which includes Financial Lines, Liability, Energy, Marine, property and Accident and Health lines are currently processed in COMET and caters Multinational clients as well . Responsibilities 1. Technical Lead for multiple Pega applications. 2. Active coordination between Onsite and offshore teams. 3. Ensure quality deliverables and monitor the releases from Development to production. 4. Analyzing and providing fast track fixes to production issues. 5. Project Name : Chartis SBS Enhancements Client/Customer : Chartis Insurance Duration : 13 months Technology : PRPC V5.4 , Oracle, HTML,Java Script Role : Application Developer Location :Bangalore, India Project Description : To cater to the small business sector, AIG created the Small Business Solutions (SBS) Profit Centre. Their business objective is to find opportunities in selected sectors that are overlooked or undersold by competitors, writing packages or combination policies that are sold by selected distributors/Broker Houses that have inroads/ buying influence into the business segment. SBS is built on Pega Systems PRPC which is a powerful work flow management tool. The SBS application is a sophisticated underwriting system which includes rating logic to calculate premiums, has integration to DocuCorp system to generate policy documents and has integrations to GOALD and MI databases. The SBS application also inherits the Pega’s Product Configurator framework for configuring products offered by SBS. Responsibilities 1. Providing best possible solution to the defects raised. 2. Development of Enhancements in the Application 3. Preparing Unit Test cases, Impact Analysis and Solution documents. 4. Code Migration from Development to QA environment. 5. Project Name : American Express ECM Acquirer Release 1 Client/Customer : American Express Duration : 11 months Technology : PRPC V5.5 , Oracle, HTML,Java Script Role : Application Developer Location : Hyderabad, India Description : American Express acts as both Issuer and Acquirer for cards. This project aims at automating the processing of card dispute cases, on the Acquirer end. The current application is intended for use for the EMEA market, and is built with an ability to expand for the other markets across the globe. The application automates case creation whenever a message is retrieved through the network. It also covers various core activities of the dispute life cycle, including automation wherever possible. Responsibilities 1. Complete Ownership on the Security model of the application 2. Participated in the Design phase of the application and preparing HLDD and LLD documents. 3. Developed Composite Portals (PRPC v5.5 enhancement) in the Application 4. Developed Crucial Flows, Activities, and Declarative Rules and Data Tables 5. Worked on the Integration of PRPC with MQ Server. 6. Active Participant in Code Review with Pega Systems. 7. Active Member during SIT Phase and fixing defects.

Project Name : JPMorgan Chase – Entitlements Client/Customer : JPMorgan Chase Duration : 4 months Technology : PRPC V 5.4, Oracle, HTML,Java Script Role : Application Developer Location : Hyderabad/Kolkata, India Description : JP Morgan Treasury Services markets and sells products to a wide range of customers. The processes executed in the on-boarding and setup of new customers, the selling of products to customers and the enabling of customers to access products have many differing workflows associated with them. These workflows are currently implemented by a range of both manual and automated processes. The vision for the to-be model is one that obviously addresses the major failings of the current model. Changes in the business processes and the underlying technology should also enable significant improvements in end-to-end processing times, costs and time-to-market whilst seeing overall quality increased. Key goals of the to-be model are: It is expected that all workflows would have a high level of consistency. Workflow state would be easily monitored and controlled with both the internal users being able to efficiently complete tasks while our customers would be empowered to execute significantly more than they can do. At this time Manual workflow should be eliminated with the goal of achieving straight-through processing .The architecture would be built on technology that could be rapidly, and safely, extended to accommodate new workflows and entitlements attributes. This not only includes new entitlements but the on-barding of current setup applications to reduce functional fragmentation. The same high-value technology would/could be used across the whole on-boarding and setup and maintenance domain. This would enable the re-use of services, framework and implementation patterns. Project Name : Credit Suisse PMO Client/Customer : Credit Suisse Duration : 6 months Technology : PRPC V 5.4, Oracle, HTML,Java Script Role : Application Developer Location : Hyderabad, India Description : This application was developed for the Credit-Suisse project management office (PMO).The On boarding and billing of an employee to the PMO team was a Manual process. The automation of this process using PRPC included Understanding their manual requirements and designing a flow accordingly. The On boarding process includes several identification numbers to be generated before a new employee can be onboarded to the PMO team. The billing requires several validations and maintenance of many databases to regulate the of billing every employee. The process also needed automatic emails to be triggered at various points in the flow and it was also required to create work objects automatically for each row in an excel sheet by reading that sheet which was placed in an external location. Responsibilities 1.Understanding Client Processes and working efficiently to meet targets and deliver solutions in accordance with Cognizant quality control standards and business practices and procedures. 2. Developing the application by performing the daily tasks as per the design document and meeting the project deadlines 3. Preparation of the various technical and functional documents Such as High Level Analysis and Approach document, High Level Design Document and Detailed Design Document 4. Created mail templates which populate data from database according to the requirements and automatic emails to be triggered at various points in the flow. 5.
