- I am an ITSM Principal Consultant with 13 years of full-time work experience. BMC certified professional Remedy developer and project lead for BMC products and integration with other technologies. Participated and delivered many successful projects for big clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait with all activities such as Implementation, developing, testing, troubleshooting, supporting staff training, and administration for Remedy suite. Worked in BMC partner companies for almost 9 years and as freelance outsources with BMC company itself.
