| 12/2021 - | Program Test Manager RISE with SAP Exuviate is the carve out program for the Domestic Appliances division to move away (carve out) from the existing Philips landscape and become a new fully digital company. The Pilot deployment MVP consist of 7 countries in scope (NAM and META) and goes live in beginning of October. The Mass deployment for 36 additional countries is planned for February 2023. Using the methodology RISE with SAP and the SAP Activate Methodology (“fit-to-standard” and “show-and-tell” workshops), the infrastructure and transformation is performed in corporation (active involvement) with SAP and TCS. More than 35 SAP Cloud systems are delivered to support the future TOM (Target operating Model - Standard SAP Business Processes and configuration of variants). I managed the following workstreams: I2M, O2C, OM, M2O (CC, D2C), R2R, GTS, P2P, FTP, IWD, 3PL, GF, IBP (DP, SP, S&OP). I was responsible for the Program Test Strategy, Test Preparation, Leading the testing of SIT1, SIT2 and UAT for the SAP and non-SAP, TCS and non-TCS systems. I managed a team of 15 testers from TCS and more than 100 acceptance testers for Versuni. |

| 05/2021 - 08/2021 | Program Manager TQA Dacota DACOTA is the programme for implementing the General Data Protection Regulation in the Volkswagen group, which includes the GCMP, GPMT (Group Privacy Management Tool), DPMP and DPCoRe (Data Privacy Company Reporting) projects. I was responsible for: 1. Control of the TQA processes at programme level, including real budget reporting 2. Preparation of budget estimates 3. Implementation of the data protection governance processes 4. Test management of the projects GPMT, DPMP and DPCore 5. Consultancy on stakeholder issues in the area of payment services 6. Design of the defect and requirements management processes 7. Adapt, analyse, describe and review business, user and system requirements (ReQ) 8. Analyse the ReQ changes and describe the business and information management of the domain 9. ReQ Definition based on internal and external customer needs, organisation of workshops 10. Translation of all ReQ together with the architects, requirement engineers and solution analysts into functional designs, which are translated by developers into technical design and applications 11. Design and calculation of functional designs for changes and new developments 12. Realisation of (ad-hoc) information analysis 13. Consultancy on the development team on the realisation of changes 14. Consultancy on the realisation of functional test plans 15. Quality control of products delivered by other team members 16. | 07/2020 - 03/2021 | Project Lead, SPOC, QA Automation Lead Single point of contact for the near shoring of the QA (Regression) Test Automation project. By optimizing Tricentis Tosca the testing time is significantly reduced. QA development is outsourced to Amaris Consulting (QAAS). All front-end and back-end applications are in scope for the complete end to end customer life cycle within Consors Finanz (BNP Paribas, Cetelem). I performed the following activities: 1. Training in the complete End to End Business Processes of CF (including parameters) 2. Being trained in the 15 – 20 separate applications (products) that are in scope for Automation Testing. 3. Created and maintained the KPI’s for regression testing, baseline, and target. 4. Daily meetings with the near-shore QA automation team in Spain and CF in Germany 5. Supporting the QA automation team as the Tricentis expert, guiding and training functionality, usage 6. Creating Test Automation Matrix Guidelines, Test Case Naming standard, Regression Test Types definitions, Action plan for phased approach and POC for QAAS. 7. Creating Automation Test Strategy, Test Code documentation and Tosca Upgrade documents 8. Performing the upgrade of Tosca Server, Tosca License Server, Tosca Commander, Add-ins. 9. Creating POC of all systems in scope by using Tosca only instead of Selenium integration. |
